GENEFIRE SX50 is an efficient automatic aerosol extinguishing system designed to protect larger, enclosed technical spaces where there is a risk of fire in electrical installations, electronic devices or industrial infrastructure.
The device utilizes aerosol fire extinguishing technology, which effectively interrupts the combustion reaction and suppresses fire at an early stage. This allows for rapid containment of fire development and reduction of losses in technical and energy installations.
The GENEFIRE SX50 system can be activated thermally or electrically , providing great flexibility. The device activates automatically when the temperature rises, while in installations equipped with a fire detection system, it can be activated electrically from the fire protection system.
Upon activation, the system releases 50g of aerosol extinguishing agent , which fills the protected space in approximately 27 seconds and effectively extinguishes the fire. The extinguishing aerosol neutralizes the combustion process without the use of water or foam, preventing flooding of electrical systems or damage to electronics .
GENEFIRE SX50 protects spaces up to 2.5 m³ , making it ideal for larger control cabinets, electrical switchboards, server rooms, power installations and vehicle engine compartments.
The compact design of the device ( 162 mm × 32 mm ) allows it to be installed directly in the protected space, providing effective fire protection where traditional fire extinguishing systems are difficult to use.
GENEFIRE SX50 is a modern fire protection solution for electrical installations that minimizes the risk of failures, production downtime and costly damage to technical infrastructure.
The GENEFIRE SX50 system is designed to extinguish fires of the following classes:
A – solid materials (paper, wood, plastics)
B – flammable liquids (fuels, oils, solvents)
C – flammable gases
E – live electrical installations
F – fats and oils
Automatic aerosol extinguishing
