Modern container protection against heat, cold and moisture

Containers are an integral part of modern infrastructure: used as offices, warehouses, staff facilities, residential units, construction site facilities, and mobile service points. Despite their versatility, their greatest challenge remains their poor insulation – steel or aluminum structures heat up and cool down quickly, and condensation often occurs inside. Therefore, a growing number of companies and institutions are choosing modern thermal insulation coatings , which provide a simple and effective way to protect containers from extreme thermal conditions. This product is available through GMT Savings Technologies – the official distributor in Poland and international markets .

What is a thermal insulation coating for containers?

This innovative, thin-layer membrane is applied directly to the container's exterior or interior surfaces. The coating is based on ceramic or glass microspheres:

  • reflects solar radiation ,
  • limits thermal conductivity ,
  • eliminates condensation of water vapor ,
  • increases the durability and resistance of the structure .

It can be used for utility, storage, refrigerated, technical and residential containers – both new and those already in use.

The most important properties of the coating:

Reduction of the temperature inside the container in summer by 15–20°C

Thermal protection in winter – less energy loss

Reduces the risk of condensation and corrosion

External application – no loss of usable space

Resistance to UV radiation, rain, frost and aggressive environments

Non-toxic, safe for people and the environment

Durability: up to 10 years without the need for replacement or maintenance

Quick and easy application

The coating can be applied:

  • by spraying (most effective),
  • with a roller or brush (e.g. in hard-to-reach places),
  • in layers 0.5–2 mm thick,
  • on steel, aluminum, wooden or composite substrates.

The surface requires only standard cleaning and, if necessary, priming before application. The application process does not require disassembly of the container and does not cause any downtime.

Applications in many industries

The coating is used in containers:

  • construction (offices, changing rooms, back rooms),
